Master planning for a 100 key resort, spa and 80 private villas with all amenities in a pristine environment on a 150 acre island in Mandovi river. A full 18-hole golf course was planned on the perimeter of the island, with a series of lagoons forming much of the landscape planning for the island interior. Considerations were also made for an existing local village located at the south-eastern corner of the island.
