Owned by Orix Corporation and constructed by Obayashi, this 356 key hotel was completed within 3 years from conception to its opening in 2014. Facilities include 3 restaurants, 3 swimming pools, meeting and function facilities, gym, and spa.  

Technical services oversaw the design and construction of the hotel in every aspect from concept planning all the way through to successful handover of the hotel to the operations team and opening.
