This was a joint venture capital expenditure project to update the existing guest rooms and facilities.

Technical services oversaw the design and construction of the renovation including review of all design including mock up rooms and construction. The rooms were designed by KKS providing a contemporary spaces with the use of traditional Japanese elements.
