Following the rebranding of the 1000+ room Seahawk hotel, there was a requirement to complete an extensive list of refurbishment projects throughout the hotel. 

Upgrading projects included executive guest rooms, executive lounge, main lobby lounge, 500+ seat restaurant, meeting and event spaces, wedding facilities, health club, and several speciality restaurants. Further additional works were executed to ensure the hotel met Hilton brand requirements.
